​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Orders can be placed directly through the SHOP menu. For custom orders, please email us at mamabirds@hotmail.com. We enjoy making custom pieces; creating special works that the wearer will keep close to their heart. If you have a special request we will be happy to accommodate, if we are able.

 

When Can I Expect My Order?

Our work is handmade. You can expect each piece to be unique. As each piece is crafted upon order, it may take up to 10 days for your order to ship, although we do try our best to ship promptly. We ship regular mail, which may take up to 10 days to arrive upon the package being mailed. If you wish to have your order shipped priority, or overnighted, please email us at mamabirds@hotmail.com to arrange for expedited shipping.

​Returns & Refunds

2 Mama Birds will accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 days of the buyer receiving the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. For custom orders, buyer has 48 hours from date of delivery to report any issues. Custom orders are eligible for exchange, or credit only and buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We do offer our work wholesale with brick and mortar businesses. For a wholesale catalog, and copy of our wholesale policies, email us at mamabirds@hotmail.com
